Cold
Desolate
Menagerie
Appear?

Just disappear?
Looking back
At all the times
The meeting of the
minds
Only to realize
There never was
A meeting of the
hearts

When time drug out
and along
I bided my time
Allowed you to
meander along
So you could feel
fine
Closeness became a
distance equation
While our connection
became
Merely a Pi type of
Relation thing
Within my heart and
soul

Here and now
Light years and warp
speed
Are the only things
that can be described?
Distance equaled
indifference
Time created apathy
Connectivity left
A misfiring, non-congruent
Iceberg type mess
Sunk
Sinking
Have you thought
about
What that distance is
