The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

Thats what you hear
When that song comes on that puts you in gear
making your body groove to the beat
Making you twist and move your feet
Your mind glides
As you let yourself slip and slide
Bopping side to side
On that slow grind
Moving even to the electric slide
So many dances
So much movement music
Keep on playing that Funky music
Mind deep off into it
Music lifting us through it
Drop it like its hot
*or even tepid* LOL
Twerking what you got
Forget the thoughts
Music is all that we are
Our very own guide
Step, step side to side
Dancing and looking fly
Bust out do the matrix

In the midst of "Re-Running it"
And of course we can't forget

Choreographed to the tip
Hand movements, swaying of the hips

The smiles
The laughter

Somehow forgetting all that we were
